Series two-line distributor
1. Conditions of use
Series distributors are suitable for dual-line dry oil centralized lubrication systems with nominal pressures. Under the action of the alternating oil supply pressure of the two oil supply main pipes, the oil supply pressure directly controls the piston action to supply oil, thereby completing the function of quantitatively distributing grease to the lubrication points.
This type of double-line distributor is equipped with oil outlets on the upper and lower sides. The distributor piston moves forward and reverse to discharge lubricant from the upper and lower oil outlets respectively. You can also directly observe the working condition of the distributor from the movement of the indicator rod. At the same time, you can also easily adjust the oil output of each oil outlet within the specified range by adjusting the screws.

4. Instructions for use
The specified media must be used in the specified environment.
When used in dusty, humid and harsh environments, a protective cover should be provided.
. The adjustment of the oil supply should be carried out with the indicator rod retracted. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the locking screw.
. There is a two-in-one oil outlet structure between the corresponding oil outlets on the upper and lower parts of the distributor. It is easy to change the odd number of oil outlets. When using, you only need to unscrew the screws in the holes and remove the upper or lower ones that are not in use. The outlet can be blocked with a screw plug.
The surface in contact with the distributor should be smooth and flat, and the mounting bolts should not be over-tightened to avoid affecting normal operation.
