This series of multi-point dry oil pumps should be installed in the environment The temperature is suitable and there is less dust, making it convenient for grease filling, adjustment, inspection, maintenance, etc.
Before using the series multi-point dry oil pump, add gear oil to the first-level reduction box to the liquid level specified by the oil standard.
To replenish grease in the oil reservoir of the dry oil pump, you must use a manual refueling pump or an electric refueling pump to add grease from the refueling port of the oil reservoir. Note that it is strictly forbidden to start the motor when there is no grease in the oil reservoir.
. Connect the motor according to the rotation direction specified on the rotation direction plate on the wall of the oil storage drum, and do not reverse it.
The filter screen of the fuel filler port should be cleaned regularly with a precision of not less than 1.
The dry oil pump should be kept clean at all times. It is strictly forbidden to remove the cover and add grease to prevent dirt from entering the pump body and affecting normal operation.
